adidas and FC Bayern unveil the new third jersey for the 2026/27 season, a design inspired by the moments that have shaped one of football’s most successful clubs. Blending elite performance innovation with a tribute to FC Bayern’s rich history, the jersey celebrates landmark achievements and unforgettable chapters from the Club’s journey.
For more than a century, FC Bayern has created some of football’s most memorable moments, building a legacy defined by excellence, ambition and success. The 2026/27 third jersey draws inspiration from this storied history, incorporating visual references to iconic moments from the Club’s past within an all-over engineered graphic. Hidden throughout the design, these details create a unique connection between the jersey and the achievements that have defined FC Bayern across generations.
Presented in a dark base colourway with vibrant red detailing, the jersey combines heritage-inspired storytelling with a contemporary aesthetic. The adidas three stripes, adidas logo and FC Bayern crest are executed in bold red, providing a striking contrast against the dark base. A custom seasonal collar and cuff construction, featuring an FCBM sign-off detail, completes the look and reinforces the jersey’s distinctive identity.
Designed for elite performance, the jersey features lightweight engineered fabric construction that enhances fit and freedom of movement. Incorporating adidas’ latest CLIMACOOL+ materials, the jersey works to wick moisture efficiently, helping keep players cool under pressure while optimising breathability throughout high-intensity play.
The 2026/27 third kit is completed with matching dark shorts and socks featuring coordinated red detailing and adidas branding, delivering a cohesive on-pitch look.
The new FC Bayern Third Jersey will be available from today via selected adidas retail locations, and online at adidas.co.za.
